4. Fees, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before renewal. Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original inputs and business data. LimoPress retains rights to platform software, design, and proprietary systems. You must hold rights to any content you upload or publish.

6. Third-Party Services

Integrations with WordPress, analytics tools, ad platforms, and other third parties are subject to those providers' terms and availability.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law, LimoPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LimoPress from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state law selected in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
